Outdoor endurance

Is a high intensity interval training, combining fat burning cardio, total body sculpting, and abdominal exercises for maximum efficiency. This class may include free weights, an elevated platform, plyometric and some outdoor fun (weather permitting). Boot Camp is designed to kick your butt!!
